Managing your store orders

When you receive an order through your store, Avon will send you an email to say you have a direct delivery order. You do not have to do anything at this point, as Avon will fulfil this order, delivering to your customer directly...

REP ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT/CREDIT LIMITS/PAYMENTS

When you join Avon, currently every new rep will be given a £250 credit limit, this will automatically increase after a certain amount of active campaigns.

Returns/Replacements

Sometimes customers change their mind, items are damaged, or the incorrect items sent. If you need to return, or get any items replaced it is really easy. In your rep site go to replacements/credits (you’ll find this under ‘my orders’ tab)...

Placing your brochure orders

As a regular rep, you receive 2 free deliveries per campaign as long as each order is £30+, so it’s worth gathering orders of this amount or more, so that you can take advantage of this. Once you are a PC member, you get unlimited free deliveries per campaign...

MOVING FORWARD WITH YOUR AVON BUSINESS

It’s so exciting when your kit arrives. Whether you chose the £30 or £10 option, you get 13 days to pay for these so enjoy and share your Avon products. Avon campaigns run monthly from 1st day of each month and finishing at 6pm on the last day of each month.
